The carpet could use a thorough cleaning!!! The smell in the hallways was uninviting. Keycard issues were a constant nuisance!!! Some staff members really need an attitude adjustment for better customer interaction!!!

a beautiful property, but the front desk staff, oh my! , were less than friendly, one even had the audacity to ignore me while working on her phone. Also, it’s astonishing that cleaning chemicals are more prominent than any fresh scent. I thought I might get a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but clearly, that was too much to ask.
